National Mentoring Month

Can you imagine what life would be like without hope, feeling like you have no future? Feeling like life is spinning out-of-control and there is nothing that you can do about it? Kids who have a parent who is in prison, kids who have been abused or neglected, and kids who have been placed in shelter care are often kids who believe that they don’t have a future. These kids do not need another program, they need us. They need adults who will take time to connect with them, to be a friend and a guide, somebody like you.
