My neighbor's daughter in Pleasant Hill is missing. Her name is Kara Van Cleave.- Height: 5'5"

- Eye Color: Hazel
- Hair Color: Auburn with hot pink
- Date of Birth: 1/25/91
- Age: 16
- Last seen: 3/27/07

Update: She was spotted yesterday up at East High School - so she is still in town, and somebody commented on this post that they think they saw her at the Altoona Wal-Mart. Just an FYI - yes the police have been contacted. Also this appears to be a runaway situation, not a kidnapping.
Update - 4/16: She called home last Thursday, and is now home. Thank you for your prayer!

I wouldn't worry, I think I saw this girl recently. Possibly at the Altoona Walmart. Has the family filed a missing persons report? I take it that you do not think that her life is in danger or she was kidnapped otherwise there would be an amber alert issued. I will say a prayer for her.

No one believes that she is in immediate danger, but that doesn't mean that she is in a safe enviroment.
The family has notified the police, and filed a report.
Thank God he changed her heart and she went home. Remind people to make sure that the police give a photo to the missing persons bureau so that it can be posted to the web. I believe that your blog/emails helped spread the word & led her home. Keep up the Good work! :-) blessing
