Scripture for the Day: Deuteronomy 10:16-18

I'm sitting in my hotel room in Londonderry, NH and it's a beautiful sunny morning. I looked at WeatherBug and saw it is still cold and rainy in Des Moines. Anyway I wanted to share with you a couple verses from my quiet time this morning before I drive to Rindge, NH for the Straight Ahead Ministries Conference.
Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no longer stubbon. For the LORD your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great, the mighty, and the awesome God who is not partial and takes no bribe. He executes justice for the fatherless and the widow, and loves the sojourner, giving him food and clothing.

Amen, amen!
