Supreme Court Upholds Ban on Partial Birth Abortion

I am thrilled by the Supreme Court's 5-4 decision to uphold the federal ban on partial-birth abortion. The Des Moines Register in their editorial disagrees. No huge surprise there. It shows me how completely out of touch the editorial board of the Register is. This ban had bi-partisan support. It always has, even when President Clinton vetoed it. I can not believe how any rational person could be against outlawing this barbaric practice.
