Leadership at Hiatt Middle School makes a difference.

I just read an article in the Des Moines Register about changes that the new principal, Spence Evans, is making at Hiatt Middle School on the eastside of Des Moines.  I have to say I'm impressed.  This guy really seems to understand middle school students.  One of the more creative ideas that he implemented was separate lunches for boys and girls.
