If three people witness a car accident, all three people will have diffrent stories about what happened.
They each remember diffrent details.
Just because Person A remembers something that Person B doesn't, does not mean that one of them is lying.
At the same time, we must not let our definition of truth become so subjective that we allow ourselves to create "truth." If the facts that we base our "truth" on have all been disproven, what we consider "true" may not be.
Soooo.... if I am reading what you wrote correctly you are saying truth is what we know about the reality in front of us? The details that we know?
Maybe not always so tangible.
I know the moon revolves around the earth. How can I know this is ture if I've never been to the moon? I can infer this truth from facts I can see.
It's reality that isn't always directly in front of me,
Pretty good answer off the top of your head Eric.
