Just One More Political Ad....
One thing that I am absolutely thrilled about the elections being over is the fact I don't have to watch anymore politcal ads (at least for 1-2 more years). The ads were getting extremely nasty to watch and both parties were guilty of going negative. Pretty soon, I'm afraid we'll end up seeing ads like the one below, LOL. What is our world coming to?!

Hey man regarding Teacher's Community last night and reference to the Trinity [the topic changed and I didn't get to tell you what I was talking about].
I was talking about the three angels that appeared to Abraham in Genesis 18 before the destruction of Sodom and Gamorrah. In the New Bible Dictionary [IVP] it is cited as a circumstance that is thought to depict the Trinity. However, I was reading Calvin's commentary really quickly earlier today and it said that the early church fathers thought the "one angel" that Abraham ended up speaking with was thought to be Jesus and the other two as ordinary angels.
Honestly I need to read more on this:) I just piped up b/c I don't want us to run in and say to our classes, "This is the first time that all the persons of the Trinity are referred to as being in the same space and at the same time in the Bible," when it might not. You know?
